True kidz offer Franchisee to the interested person or entity. Franchisee should need a minimum of 2000 square feet of building area either owned or rented (3-4 class room of size 200-250 sq ft, AV Room, Activity Hall with playing space where kids can experience multi-sensory activities, Clean and spacious wash room facility).
There must sufficient open area to cater to the needs of the playing requirement of the children. The ambience must be peace and tranquil in the locality. The building shall have good ventilation and adequate natural lighting facility.
True Kidz has made an extensive collaborative arrangement with the leading Public schools for admission of children who have studied in True Kidz to their esteemed Schools. True Kidz has shouldered the responsibility of providing best school education to its alumni kids and there by easen off the burden to the parents.

The aspired Franchisee has to register in the True Kidz website and submit franchisee enquiry form with applicant’s detailed information and can also with the executives.
The applicant will receive the financial and project details through mail within two working days and try to understand the applicant’s Interest and commitment to run the Pre-school.
The applicant is required to deposit the refundable ‘Earnest Money’ of Rs 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) through demand draft in favour of Vidyasinchana Educational Trust ®. The team of True Kidz will visit the premises, assess the suitability and understand the potential of that place and submit the “Feasibility and Viability Report”.
If the site is found suitable, the amount will be adjusted against the Franchise Fees. If we did not found premises suitable as per standard the amount will be reimbursed after deducting travelling and other cost of the Team.
Once, the prospective Franchisee completely understands the preschool franchisee business, an MOU (Memorandum of understanding) will be signed after clearance of Application Fee of Rs. 500/-, Registration Fee of Rs.2000/- and Franchisee Fee. The Franchisee has to pay a Royalty Charge of 5 % of the Tuition Fee collected every year. The franchise is for a minimum term of 3 years and thereafter MoU will be renewed.
The initial tenure of the contract is 3 years. The True Kidz reserves the right to terminate the contract prematurely due to non-performance of the Franchisee and if it is found detrimental to the interest of the True Kidz. Under normal circumstances, the contract will be renewed every three years.
About 2 ½ Hours of schooling for Playgroup and Nursery and 3 ½ Hours of schooling for Kindergarten is required. The franchisee can make an adjustment in the timings based on local conditions and seasons.
The teachers are selected by the franchisee in consultation with True Kidz. The Teacher training is mandatory. Remunerations are as per the local standards and depend on Qualifications and experience. Teachers should have some basic Qualification in Early Child Care Education.
The recommended Adult-Child ratio is 1:10.
The fee structure is decided jointly keeping all ground conditions, local competitions, paying capacity of parents in the neighborhood and the facilities offered.
